BY SIGNING UP FOR TEXT NOTIFICATIONS ("SMS SERVICES") to interact with the INSIDE OUT CARE platform, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF OUR SMS SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. Inside Out Care may send you text (SMS) messages (e.g., reminders your health care provider asks us to send) at the phone number you provide us. The number and frequency of text messages that you may receive varies. They may include periodic messages with reminders to complete pending tasks on the Inside Out Care platform.

These messages will also include operational messages about your use of the SMS Service. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" or "HELP" from the mobile device receiving the messages or by sending an email to info@insideoutcare.com indicating that you no longer wish to receive texts along with the phone number of the mobile device receiving the texts. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may also receive text messages confirming the receipt of your opt-out request. Operational text messages are essential to the SMS Service. If you do not wish to receive operational text messages from us, do not use the SMS Service. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your agreement to receive text messages is not a condition of any care from your health care provider. Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply whenever you send or receive messages in connection with our SMS Services, as specified by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the account holder or regular user of the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide or that you have permission from the account holder to use the SMS Services. You are responsible for notifying Inside Out Care immediately if you change or stop using your mobile telephone number. You may notify Inside Out Care of a number change by updating your account profile or sending an email to info@insideoutcare.com.
